Make your life safe !!!

In making house sometimes we just make the door safe and the other are uncertain. We should know that the house is complex of door,wall and cieling and ...
Life is same as house.Make it safe because if your house be destoryed you can make it again but if your life be destoyed it is very difficult to make it again.

And this pray was written by a child from Peru.

Silly talks

1- Last tuesday I was liying on couch and I was thinking to people who are hungry and have nothing to eat.

2- I went to the cinema last tuesday evening. In the middle of movie I was thinking about:
When we need someone help he/she doesnt come.

I figured out the answer.

The man(woman) that we wait for his(her) help has been lied on couch and licks ice cream.

Earthquake

Last Friday powerful quake was occured in north of iran(69 kilometers north of Tehran). Its power was about 6.1 degrees in Richter scale.When it was occured I was sleeping then my brother scared an I got up and saw the home shaked. It was very bad. After it my brother and I went out. All my neighbour were in the street and you can see fear in their eyes.Women were without scarf and manteaus. After about 10 minutes they went their house and came back with scarf. But they didnt come back their house until next morning. They were in park and slept there. Another neighbour had tent and he pitched the tent.
From friday people in theran have been felt in strees and anxiety. It is very bad. I think if people had a bit information then they were relax but in Iran is the most important thing is RUMOUR.

Decision Making

Many management scientists have been defined management is equal by DECISION MAKING. Decision making is very important in our life. We decide about everything in everytime e.g. we decide about next day, future job and ... , but sometimes we got a bad decisions. How can we overcome them? and how can we take a proper decision?
In below I want to introduce and describe process of decision making step by step. I hope it will be useful for readers.

George P. Huber believed that process of problem finding, decision making, choosing and problem solving are different from each other. In below I arranged theese items and in the next note I am going to describe the first step: Problem Finding.


1- Activities for problem finding and determine their importance.

2- Activities for recognition, definition and nature diagnosis of problem.
3- Activities for making and finding alternative solutions.
4- Activities for appraising alternatives and choosing one of them.

5- Activities for choosed solution implementation.

* (Step 1 is problem finding, steps 2, 3 and 4 are Decision making, step 4 is choosing, step 5 is implmentation and steps 2,3,4 and 5 are problem solving)

** Prerequistite is 1-> 2-> 3-> 4-> 5.
